Tony Romo and Candice Crawford Welcome Son!
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and wife Candice Crawford welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Hawkins Crawford Romo, on Monday.
“Hawkins Crawford Romo is now a part of the Dallas Cowboys family,” a rep for the Cowboys said in a statement, confirming the new team member.
“He came into this world on 4/9/12 at 5:30 p.m., 8 lbs. and 8 oz. All is well with mom.”
The Cowboys quarterback, 31, and Candice Crawford, 25, were married in May 2011 and announced the pregnancy in October of last year.
Candice, a Dallas native, is a former beauty queen (Miss Missouri USA winner no less) and works as a sportscaster in the area, where she met Romo.
Her elder brother is Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, who said earlier this year that he planned to be “the best uncle” to their baby boy.

Trayvon Martin Case Will Not Go to Grand Jury; Both Sides Await Decision on George Zimmerman
Florida Governor Rick Scott appointed Angela Corey, a seasoned state attorney based in Jacksonville, to take over the Trayvon Martin case as special prosecutor.
"State Attorney Angela Corey has decided not to use a grand jury in the Trayvon Martin shooting death investigation," her office said in a statement.
"At this time, the investigation continues and there will be no further comment." It's very much unclear when a decision will be reached in the case.
Martin's death has captured national attention because of racial profiling and Florida's controversial self-defense laws, prompting demonstrations across the U.S.
The unarmed Martin, 17, was black and Zimmerman, 28, the neighborhood watchman who has not been charged with a crime, is white and Hispanic.
A demonstration Monday temporarily shut down the police department in Sanford, Fla., the epicenter of the case and where the shooting took place.
Sanford police declined to arrest Zimmerman after the shooting, saying they found no evidence to contradict his account that he acted in self-defense.
Police cited Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, which allows people to use deadly force against adversaries when they fear great bodily harm or death.

Six people at the hotel, some of whom were working on the night in question, have said they did not see Lindsay there, putting the accuser's credibility in doubt.
Moreover, none of them heard even heard a peep about Lindsay being in the hotel, let alone starting an altercation with the woman over her male friend.
The woman claims Lindsay accosted her because she was speaking with a guy Lindsay was scoping out, or is already friends with. Something along those lines.
It doesn't really matter, because the story is likely made up.
The woman filed an incident report with the W. Hollywood Sheriff's Dept., and detectives are looking into it, but it looks like it could all be a (bad) ploy.
Even if it did happen, Lindsay is off probation now, and it's most likely not going to be pursued by police, much like her alleged hit-and-run last month.
Quit lying about Lindsay, people. Just because she screws up so much on her own doesn't mean you have to make stuff up to scam her out of money.

With six members of Team Adam Levine and six members of Team Cee Lo Green battling for just four spots apiece, there was a lot on the line Monday.
Let's break down the performances one by one:

The 19-year-old reality and Jeremy Calvert tied the knot in Catlettburg, Kentucky. Rev. Marty Gute, who married the couple, confirmed the news today.
Just last year, Messer infamously filed for divorce from her first husband, Corey Simms, with whom she has twin daughters, Aleeah and Aliannah.
Second time's the charm? Here's hoping, anyway ...
The Boyd County Clerk's office in Catlettsburg confirms that the couple obtained their marriage license Wednesday and got married shortly thereafter.
Gute said that Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert, who got engaged last winter, were wed an intimate Christian ceremony attended by two dozen people.
"It was heartfelt and sincere," says Gute. While Messer's ex was not present, her twin daughters were, wearing maroon-colored dresses.
"They were just precious," Gute recalls. The couple's mothers stood as witnesses, and Leah wore a green-and-gold dress with "really high heels."
MTV cameras were there filming for Teen Mom 2, obviously.
The reality star and her man have already been through a lot together, with Leah suffering a miscarriage and getting jumped by thugs this year.

Ozzie Guillen, Miami Marlins Manager, Apologizes For Praise of Fidel Castro
Guillen, speaking in the Marlins' dugout before today's game at Philadelphia, said he plans to fly back to Miami tomorrow morning to face the media and public.
He says he feels "guilty" and "embarrassed" and wants to address questions personally after sparking controversy with his remarks to Time magazine.
"I want to make everything clear what's going on. Then people can see me and know what I think," Guillen said. "I think it's the proper thing so people can see my eyes."
"I want to get the thing over with. I told the Marlins I want to fly (back) as soon as I can, and tomorrow's a day off. I don't want to (talk about it) in Philadelphia."

Hell hath no fury like Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans scorned, apparently.
After watching this YouTube video posted by Evan and dedicated it to now-former BF "Gary Motherf--king Head", one can't help but wonder where it all went wrong.
One also can't help but cringe/laugh out loud at the unintentional comedy.
A pissed-off Jenelle makes it clear who the video is for, then proceeds to sing, angrily and terribly, along to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus' "Face Down." Enjoy:

Jenna Talackova: I Was Born in the Wrong Body
Transgender Miss Universe Canada contestant Jenna Talackova says in a new interview that even at four years old, she knew she was "in the wrong body."
Talackova, who was booted from Miss Universe Canada for not being a "naturally born female," then allowed back in after all, sat down with ABC's 20/20.
Accompanied by her mother and her lawyer, Gloria Allred, the beauty revealed to Barbara Walters that at birth, she was actually named "Walter."
Talackova, 23, who was called "tranny" and "it" by bullies at school, started hormone therapy at 14. Later, she underwent gender reassignment surgery.
That converted her male genitalia to female and made her the woman she is now.
"It was terribly painful," Talackova told Walters of the procedure, "but seeing something on your body for that long and not even being able to look at myself in the mirror because I couldn't stand seeing the other part, it was very rewarding, too."
To complete her physical transformation, Jenna Talackova said, she also received breast implants and had her Adam’s apple removed in the following years.

Facebook Buys Instagram For $1 Billion
Facebook has just agreed to a staggering $1 billion acquisition of Instagram - the popular mobile photo editing and sharing site - according to reports.
Twitter exploded with people marveling at the astronomical sale price, joking about hipster filters, and comparing previous photo site acquisitions.
The big question on everyone's minds is why. For Facebook, the short answer is because they can, and it's all about staying current. Instagram is in.
Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom insisted that "Instagram is not going away."
Instagram lets users stylize photos, such as this one of Selena Gomez, on the go.
"We'll be working with Facebook to evolve Instagram and build the network," Systrom said. "We will continue to add new features to the product and find new ways to create a better mobile photos experience for users."
The app will remain in the App Store and on Google Play and users will still be able to share on social networks other than Facebook, he said.
Elsewhere, another 10-figure tech sale was in the works. Rumors surrounding AOL's desire to sell off its patent portfolio have floated for weeks.
Monday, those rumors turned into a very real $1.056B deal with Microsoft.

Amanda Bynes' Father on DUI Arrest: She Wasn't Drunk at All!
Amanda Bynes' father is not just standing by his daughter in the aftermath of her DUI arrest on Friday. He says she absolutely was not drunk that night.
"She was not drunk," Rick Bynes told People. "I'm told she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink. My daughter doesn't drink."
The elder Bynes claims the the cop who arrested Amanda Bynes was at fault for pulling out in front of the actress as she was turning at an intersection.
While she was arrested for DUI after side-swiping the cop, Rick adamantly says his daughter was not impaired, just extremely "upset and very emotional."
Adding that she was released with no bail, Rick went on to say, "Amanda is a good girl. She just chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her."
That's ... an interesting theory we hadn't considered.
What we know is that Bynes was at L.A.'s Greystone Manor Supperclub Thursday night. She was cited for investigation of DUI around 3 a.m. Friday, then held overnight at the West Hollywood Sheriff's department's station post-arrest.
She and some friends reportedly went back to that same bar the next night - just hours after her release from jail - only to be turned away by the staff.
While authorities would not comment on the star's specific case, Bynes was released with the citation and will have to show up in court when a date is set.

On this week’s Saturday Night Live, Andy Cohen was mocked so relentlessly that many wondered if he'd be legitimately offended, but he took it like a good sport.
Taran Killam starred as the Bravo host, portraying him as a fame-obsessed, egotistical, flamboyant moderator of Watch What Happens Live ... which he sort of is.
Still, the snark was off the charts, with a couple of "yeah, they really said that" kind of moments. The source material wasn't upset by it, however. On the contrary.

The phrase "too much of a good thing" apparently applies to Jennifer Love Hewitt's chest. Lifetime thought so, at least, covering those puppies up in a new ad.
Updated ads for The Client List, based on the movie of the same name and also starring Hewitt, show the actress' ample chest has been dramatically reduced.
In the original, sexier ad on the right, the 33-year-old flaunts her breasts in a revealing, low-cut black slip. But in a second ad, that negligee grew via Photoshop:
So what did Hewitt think about the sizable digital breast reduction?

The Los Angeles native racked up an impressive number of film and TV credits even before 2008, when the Twilight saga launched her to mega-stardom.
She's come a long way since those brooding, awkward days.
Okay ... maybe not. She's still brooding and awkward, but that's why we love her, and she does crack a smile occasionally. When she does, it's all the more beautiful!
With Breaking Dawn set to end the saga this year, she has a long, bright future ahead of her ... and Robert Pattinson as a boyfriend. Could be worse.

Jessica Rae Sacco Case: Five Arrested For Ohio Woman's Disappearance, Murder
Local police have arrested five people they believe were involved in the death of Ohio woman Jessica Rae Sacco, who was found dead in her apartment about 40 miles northwest of Columbus a week ago Friday, according to reports.
According to CBS affiliate WBNS, investigators said that they believed 21-year-old Sacco's on again-off again boyfriend Matthew Puccio, 25, stabbed her around March 22, suffocated her with a bag and dismembered her body.
Authorities also believe that with the help of others, he then transported body parts to other locations. According to NBC's WDTN-TV, his bond is more than $532,000.
Puccio was arrested along with a man and woman from Fenton, Mich.
Felony charges against the Michigan couple and a man and woman from Urbana allege they failed to intervene during the killing or helped to hide it, police said.

Lamar Odom Leaves Dallas Mavericks, Effective Immediately; Team Retains NBA Star's Rights
Lamar Odom's time as a member of the Dallas Mavericks has come to an end. The NBA star left the team today, ending a short and unsuccessful tenure in Big D.
According to ESPN, an agreement reached Sunday allows the two sides to part company immediately, without the Mavericks having to officially release Odom.
The unusual move means the struggling 13-year veteran is now off the Dallas roster for the remainder of the season, but rights are retained by the Mavericks.
The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it's in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team," Odom said in a statement to ESPN.
"I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success."
Sources said Odom's immediate departure allows the Mavs to list him as inactive, but not cut him, leaving open the possibility that they could still trade Odom.
Any team that has Odom on its roster as of June 29 must buy him out by that date for $2.4 million or pay the full $8.2 million Odom is set to earn in 2012-13.
The Mavs acquired the 13-year veteran before the season started in what looked like a steal of a deal with the L.A. Lakers. Wishful thinking, it turned out.
At the time of the trade, the Mavs were thought to have scored a huge coup - the reigning Sixth Man of the Year to help cushion the loss of Tyson Chandler.
That vision never materialized, though, as he struggled terribly. As we saw on last night's Khloe & Lamar, his head, heart and reality show were always in L.A.

Leaving The Box nightclub with fiance Adam Shulman, Anne debuted a close-cropped, much shorter 'do - a stark contrast to her usual long brown locks.
In Les Miserables, she portrays Fantine, a prostitutewith a terminal case of tuberculosis who is forced to sell her hair in to provide for her daughter, Cosette.

Genevieve Sabourin: Arrested For Stalking Alec Baldwin!
Genevieve Sabourin, a 40-year-old actress from Montreal, Quebec, has been arrested for her alleged aggravated harassment and stalking of Alec Baldwin.
After repeated warnings to leave the actor alone, Police say she showed up at his home and "made" unwanted contact with the 30 Rock star again.
The one-sided relationship began in the form of romantic emails and text messages, as well as requests for financial help ... then got even weirder.
On March 31, 2012, the 54-year-old actor filed an official complaint against her after Sabourin showed up at his home in East Hampton, Long Island.
Days later, she trailed Baldwin at an event and was finally apprehended after trying to access his Manhattan home via the doorman. That worked well.
We realize she may be jealous that Alec got engaged to Halaria Thomas and all, but seriously. Cool it. Chill out. And don't mess with Jack Donaghy.

Bubba Watson Wins The Masters in Playoff Over Louis Oosthuizen
American Bubba Watson won golf's most prestigious tournament, The Masters, in a wild and dramatic playoff over South Africa's Louis Oosthuizen Sunday in Augusta, Ga.
Both turned in unbelievable shots during and en route to the sudden death clash. Watson effectively sealed it with his second shot on the second playoff hole.
After a wayward tee shot left him stranded in the trees with little or no direct angle toward the hole, Bubba somehow pulled off this ridiculous iron stroke:

Jennifer Hudson to Attend William Balfour Murder Trial
Jennifer Hudson will be present in a Chicago courtroom as proceedings open in the trial of William Balfour, the man accused of murdering three of her family members.
Balfour allegedly killed Jennifer's mother, brother and nephew 3.5 years ago.
Her celebrity status will play a role in the jury selection process, as potential jurors will be directly questioned about their familiarity with Hudson and her projects.
Questions the would-be jurors can expect: Have they seen Hudson in any films; if they’ve ever seen her in concert; if they have any ties to products she endorses; etc.
The idea behind the inquisition is to eliminate any jurors whose devotion to Hudson and her work and fame would hinder their ability to come to an unbiased decision.
Balfour faces charges of murder, aggravated kidnapping and home invasion in the 2008 deaths of Darnell Hudson Donerson, 57; Jason Hudson, 29; and Julian King, 7.
Opening statements in the case commence April 23.

Kris Humphries on Kim Kardashian Dating Kanye West: Whatever Man!
Kris Humphries is so over Kim Kardashian.
According to sources close to the NBA star, that is. The New Jersey Nets forward is said to be "completely indifferent" to the news Kim is dating Kanye West.
Simply put, Kris is focused on the divorce being finalized and not concerned with Kim's new relationship(s). They split up for a reason, after all.
With each passing day, Kris is more sure than ever that Kim "doesn't represent the things he believes in" and wants to wash his hands of her.
As for Kanye West's "Theraflu" assertion that he could've had Nets co-owner Jay-Z kick Humphries off the team, Kris' friends note - correctly - that Jay does not even make personnel decisions, and regardless, the mogul is a fan of Kris.
Meanwhile, a report in Star (we know, we know), says Kris doubt's Kim's faithfulness to him during their incredibly long marriage ... yadda yadda yadda.
“Kris knows that while he was with Kim, he was completely faithful and has serious doubts that she could say the same,” a fake Humphries insider said.
